By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the jeta platform, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between jeta and the user. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users — registered members, guest visitors, and anyone accessing the platform from any device. jeta reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users will be duly notified of any significant changes.
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on jeta. You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration — providing false information may result in immediate account termination. Each individual may only maintain one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are accountable for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact the jeta support team immediately. Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
Users must always act honestly, lawfully, and ethically while using the jeta platform. Unauthorized access to any system, software, or database on the platform is strictly forbidden. The use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or hacking techniques will result in permanent account termination and may lead to legal action.
Abusive, harassing, or fraudulent behaviour toward other users is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to conduct illegal activities, money laundering, or fraud through the platform will be reported to the relevant authorities. These rules are strictly enforced to ensure the fair use of jeta's services.
Users may not sell, distribute, or use any information, content, or data from the platform for commercial purposes or share it with third parties. Using jeta's services to directly or indirectly cause harm to others is also strictly prohibited.
All financial transactions on the jeta platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Users may only use payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits or withdrawals using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be accepted. Withdrawals require completed identity verification and other security checks. jeta is not liable for delays caused by technical issues or banking processing times, but will always provide assistance in resolving such matters.

However, all reasonable measures will be taken to protect users' interests. Users voluntarily accept the financial risks involved in betting and gaming activities.
All content on the jeta platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other elements — is the intellectual property of jeta. Copying, reusing, or distributing this content without permission is legally prohibited. Any third-party links or services referenced on the platform are not the responsibility of jeta; users access such services at their own risk.
Jeta makes no guarantees regarding the quality of third-party advertisements or partner services displayed on the platform. Any disputes between users and third parties must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
Jeta reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances: breach of Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, false identity, use of unauthorized software, or involvement in illegal activities. Users will generally be notified before account closure; however, immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations.
Users may request account closure at any time. It is the user's own responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed. jeta may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time; any changes will take effect from the date of publication. Any disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and Bangladeshi courts shall have jurisdiction over such matters.
